First: the product must be kept in boiling water for a certain number of minutes - it depends on what type of dish the gourmet wants to get.
Second recommendation: after the allotted time has elapsed, you need to perform one simple action.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking, a chef and a fourth-class baker from the online publication Belnovosti, shared the secrets of preparing perfect boiled eggs.
The cooking time depends on what version of the dish the cook wants to get.
If the goal is to eat soft-boiled eggs, then they need to be boiled for 4-6 minutes.
To do this, you need to boil the eggs hard, you need to keep them in boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
The counting should begin immediately after the first bubbles appear in the water.
Once the time is up, the eggs should be transferred to a container with cold (or even ice) water.
Some amateur cooks make an unfortunate mistake: they drain the hot liquid from the saucepan and pour low-temperature water over the boiled eggs remaining in the container.
This approach is bad because the cooking process does not stop immediately.
But the result should be instant! Therefore, carefully remove each egg with a fork and transfer it to another container - with cold water poured in advance.
If you do just that, the eggs will retain the perfect consistency and will be easy to peel.
