1. Wash the pepper, remove stems and seeds, cut as you like – into pieces or slices.
2. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
3. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, sugar, black peppercorns, garlic, and chopped pepper.
4. Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes, add vinegar and pour the mixture into sterilized jars.
We roll up the jars, turn them over, and after the preparations have cooled, we put them away for storage.
