Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare the most delicious lecho.
1. The peppers need to be peeled, seeded and cut into longitudinal slices or medium-sized pieces.
2. Chop the peeled garlic with a knife.
3. Prepare tomato juice from tomatoes or use store-bought. Bring it to a boil and add salt, sugar, garlic and pepper.
4. Cook for 20-25 minutes, then add vinegar and pour into sterilized jars.
We roll it up, turn it over, and after the product has cooled, we put it away for storage.
