Autumn is a great time to prepare delicious and healthy desserts.

The expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on culinary issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared a simple and delicious recipe for a treat.
- two apples;
- a large spoon of natural liquid honey;
- a little butter (no more than ten grams);
- a small spoon of ground cinnamon.
You can take any variety of apples at your discretion. First, wash the main ingredient thoroughly, dry the peel and divide into two equal parts.
Afterwards we remove everything unnecessary - seeds with partitions.
Place the fruit in a baking dish. Drizzle each half with honey and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Also, put a little butter on each apple.
Cover the dish with a layer of foil and cook for half an hour at 180 degrees. However, the exact cooking time depends on the features of your oven.
A delicious and healthy dessert is ready to serve.
