Recipe for the most delicate Italian apple pie: only 7 spoons

Apple pie is called the brainchild of French cuisine, but it is baked no less often by representatives of Italian cuisine.

Italian apple pie is not much inferior to its similar competitors, and it is not more difficult to prepare.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to cook.

You will need:

  • apples 2 pcs;
  • eggs 3 pcs;
  • sugar 7 tbsp;
  • flour 7 tbsp;
  • lemon 1 pc;
  • vanillin to taste;
  • baking powder 1 tbsp;
  • butter 100 gr.

How to cook

1. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes, sprinkle with sugar and add butter.

2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add to the apples and stir, then simmer for 5-7 minutes in a frying pan.

3. Beat the eggs with sugar, add the zest of one lemon, vanilla, stewed apples and beat the mixture with a mixer.

4. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the mixture, knead the dough and transfer it to a greased baking pan.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar when ready. Enjoy!
