- potatoes (about five pieces);
- two cloves of garlic;
- half a small spoon of salt;
- half a small spoon of curry powder;
- a little dried basil;
- mustard powder (a quarter of a small spoon);
- vegetable oil;
- a quarter spoon of black pepper.
First, you need to wash the potatoes. The potatoes are baked in their skins, so washing them is ideal. Then we divide them into equal-sized wedges.
Mix salt with spices.
Pour oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Then place them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic. Cook the dish for half an hour at 170 degrees in the oven.
