Despite the fact that each option has its obvious advantages, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises to follow the example of professionals - to prepare the dressing yourself.
- 3 tablespoons of tasty unrefined oil;
- one large spoon of balsamic vinegar;
- one small spoon of lemon juice, French mustard and liquid natural honey;
- salt and spices of your choice.
The specified volume is enough for a salad portion not exceeding 200 grams. If you have prepared more, then simply increase the amount of ingredients, but maintain the correct proportions.
First, combine lemon juice with oil and honey in a small container until smooth. Then add vinegar and mix again. Add mustard and mix again until smooth.
All that remains is to add salt and spices. The wonderful dressing is ready to use.
