- a glass of sour cream (the fat content can be any);
- three cloves of garlic;
- a bunch of dill;
- salt and pepper;
- some hard cheese.
First, you should grate the cheese. You can adjust the amount to your liking. Chop the garlic and dill with a knife.
Take the sour cream and add the ingredients to it.
Then add salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve.
This sauce will be an ideal addition to potatoes (boiled, fried, baked), chicken, vegetables, dumplings, rice. Therefore, it can safely be called universal.
