Many housewives complain that they can’t seem to make a decent dish from frozen dumplings.
The product, according to them, sticks together, boils down, or cannot boast a rich taste. Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova is sure that this happens because the dumplings are thrown into boiling water.
Here are two main reasons why you shouldn't wait for water to boil.

Their temperature is very different from the temperature of the water, and they immediately begin to burst when they hit the hot liquid.
Secondly, after being immersed in boiling water, the dumplings stick together - the starch present on the surface of the dough sticks together, and instead of dumplings floating separately in the water, you get some kind of dumpling layer.
If you are determined to ensure that the dumplings you prepare do not stick together or overcook, are juicy and retain a bright taste, use the following tips.
