In addition to watermelon, you will need honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
The first thing you should do is cut the watermelon – try to cut even rectangles from the pulp, the thickness of which is approximately 3 cm.
The next step is to prepare the marinade, for which you need to mix honey, oil, vinegar and spices.
When everything is ready, put the watermelon into the resulting sauce for 20 minutes.
After this time, heat up the grill pan and place the watermelon steaks on it. Fry on medium heat on each side until you see golden stripes on the red watermelon flesh.
