- two boiled beets;
- 200 grams of herring fillet (it is better to choose a light salting);
- half a can of canned peas;
- a spoon of any unrefined oil;
- a little salt;
- a bunch of green onions.
If desired, you can bake the beetroot: it all depends on your taste preferences. The beetroot and herring fillet should be cut into neat strips of approximately the same length and thickness.
