Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to bake a French charlotte.
1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices, then sprinkle with cinnamon and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Mix eggs with sugar (regular and vanilla), beat until fluffy and sift in flour.
3. To make the dough fluffy and airy, the mixture must be stirred smoothly, with a wooden spatula, from the bottom up.
4. When ready, add melted butter and stir.
5. Grease the pan with butter and place half of the dough in it, then the apples, then the remaining dough and put the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
