Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare eggplant spread.
1. Eggplants and peppers should be baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Use only the finished core and discard the skin.
3. Peel the tomatoes, remove the core with seeds and grind the pulp in a blender.
4. Mix the prepared ingredients, add spices and garlic passed through a press, chopped herbs and mayonnaise.
5. Mix, cool and serve. Enjoy!
