- half a kilogram of lemons;

Lemons should be washed very carefully and then used to make zest. It is mixed with half a glass of sugar.
Next, peel and seed the lemons, chop them and put them in a blender. Blend until smooth. Then add the zest with some sugar and mix again.
The resulting mass should be kept in the refrigerator for several hours. Then, for one spoon of the prepared puree, take a glass of clean or sparkling water, add sugar, and use the greens for decoration when serving.
