That's why it's worth making an excellent sauce yourself.
- a glass of sour cream with medium fat content (no more than 15%);
- three cloves of garlic;
- one small spoon of lemon juice and mustard;
- a bunch of dill and parsley;
- salt to your taste.
The greens need to be washed, dried and finely chopped with a knife. It is also better not to pass the garlic through a press, but to chop it with a knife. Pour sour cream into the container.
