Some people believe that quality shashlik can only be made from “real” meat.
But chicken shashlik can always be cooked perfectly.

- half a kilo of chicken fillet;
- two medium sweet peppers;
- salt and pepper at your discretion;
- two large spoons of wine vinegar;
- two large spoons of good odorless vegetable oil;
- eight cocktail tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes).
Divide the chicken fillet into pieces for shashlik. They should not be too small or too large. Then combine wine vinegar with salt and pepper. By the way, you can add other spices as you wish. Add vegetable oil.
We process the chicken pieces with the resulting mixture.
The chicken remains in this marinade for 30 to 60 minutes. Chop the sweet pepper. Put a piece of pepper, tomato and chicken on each skewer in turn.
