However, with the help of a delicious sauce, you can make pasta so refined and delicious, as if it were prepared in an expensive restaurant.
For example, it is worth paying attention to this spectacular version of the sauce, says chef Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on cooking for the online publication BelNovosti.
- half a glass of cream (about 15%);
- about 150 grams of bacon (can be replaced with ham);
- 50 grams of butter and cheese (hard);
- a clove of garlic;
- a little dill and salt.
First, you need to put butter in the frying pan. When it melts, add chopped bacon and fry it for three minutes.
Then pour in the cream and stir.
Add salt, crushed garlic and grated cheese. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness. Add pasta, stir, add dill. Cook for just one minute.
