The trick is this: before boiling, the egg must be spun very well, while keeping the shell intact.
Take some long item. For example, tights or a sleeve from an old shirt.
Place the raw egg in the chosen material and tie it so that the product is well fixed.
In other words, both strings should be close to the egg: one knot on the left, the other on the right.
Take the resulting “construction” and start spinning the egg.
Every 5-10 seconds, the unwinding must be stopped abruptly, quickly spreading the ends of the material to the sides.
The procedure should last about 2 minutes. During this time, the yolk will have time to break and "connect" with the white. At the same time, the shell will remain intact.
Boil this egg in the standard way (7-10 minutes in boiling water).
