Anyone who thinks that they have already tried everything that can be prepared from zucchini is probably wrong.
Towards the end of the season, vegetables begin to bear fruit like crazy, and housewives barely have time to process the harvest into caviar.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a delicious zucchini salad.
zucchini - 1 kg;
carrots - 300 g;
sugar - 1 tbsp;
garlic - 4 cloves;
salt, pepper (hot), herbs to taste;
coriander - 1.5 tsp;
soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
vegetable oil - 10 tbsp;
apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
1. Grate the carrots and zucchini using a Korean carrot grater.
2. Press the garlic through a press and mix the vegetables together, adding spices, salt and sugar.
3. Next, pour hot vegetable oil over the mixture, add soy sauce and vinegar, stir and let sit for several hours.
When the vegetables are soaked in the marinade, serve.
