- one and a half cups of flour;
- two glasses of milk with medium fat content;
- a large spoon of vegetable oil and butter;
- half a small spoon of soda;
- a small spoon of vodka;
- a pinch of salt;
- sugar (as much as you are used to);
- one chicken egg.
There is no need to worry that the vodka will somehow affect the taste of the pancakes: no one will notice such a quantity of alcoholic drink. In addition, the vodka will perform its function and evaporate.
First, combine the chicken egg with sugar until smooth. The milk should be slightly warmed up beforehand and carefully added to the main mass.
The butter should be soft. First, add soda and salt to the flour, add in portions to the main composition. Mix, send vodka with two types of butter. Mix again and start making pancakes.
