Seaweed is considered one of the healthiest foods that can be purchased at a good price.
However, in order for the seaweed to be in demand among family members, you need to learn how to cook it deliciously.
Seaweed is best displayed in various salads, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on culinary issues at the BelNovosti online publication.
- a pack of seaweed (about 200 grams);
- a couple of boiled eggs;
- medium cucumber;
- about 100 grams of canned peas;
- a bunch of green onions;
- three spoons of mayonnaise;
- salt.
You should immediately put the seaweed and canned peas in a colander: these products can add unnecessary liquid to the salad.
As soon as they become dry, transfer the ingredients into a salad bowl.
Chop the eggs and cucumber into small cubes and add to the main mixture. Chop the green onions and add to the salad as well.
Add a little salt and season.
If you don't want to use store-bought mayonnaise, make your own. If you are against this type of dressing, you can "decorate" this salad with a combination of a couple of spoons of any unrefined oil and one spoon of lemon juice. In this case, the dish will be completely beneficial.
