Sweet pickled zucchini can surprise and satisfy the high demands of gourmets.
It is interesting that a preparation with such characteristics is prepared quite simply. It requires the bare minimum of ingredients.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to marinate sweet zucchini.
1. You can even use large zucchini for this preparation. They need to be peeled and cut into two halves, remove the seeds and cut into slices or bars.
2. Fill a saucepan with water and add turmeric and sugar, then stir and bring the marinade to a boil.
3. When the water boils, add the chopped zucchini and bring the contents of the pan to a boil again.
4. Remove from heat, add vinegar and pour the mixture into sterile jars.
