One of the most successful will be the sweet and sour sauce, which can be called almost universal, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking for the online publication BelNovosti.
- two spoons of liquid honey;
- two spoons of mustard (not too hot);
- a large spoon of lemon juice;
- three tablespoons of unrefined vegetable oil (preferably olive oil);
- a little salt and pepper.
It is stated that the mustard should not be too hot, but you can do it at your own discretion. If you are a fan of spicy dishes, then the mustard can be hot.
Take a mixing bowl and put all the ingredients in it. First, use a fork to achieve a uniform consistency. When the ingredients are mixed, take a whisk and beat.
After this, the sauce can be safely served.
