What can you stuff tartlets with: the dish will disappear from the table first

Tartlets are a real decoration of the table, both everyday and festive. The filling for them can be very different: it all depends on your imagination.

Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova shared a simple recipe for tartlets with herring, which are the first to fly off the table.

To prepare them you will need:

  • 1 fillet of lightly salted herring,
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs,
  • 1 small piece of hard cheese,
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs (dill, onion),
  • Mayonnaise - for dressing.

The specified amount of ingredients is enough for approximately 10 tartlets.

First of all, start cutting the boiled eggs and herring – they need to be chopped into small cubes with a knife.

After that, you can start on the cheese, which should be grated on a coarse grater. In turn, the greens should be thoroughly washed and finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise.

Fill the prepared tartlets with the resulting mixture and decorate with green leaves. Serve immediately after cooking.
