The ingredients are calculated for one kilogram of pork. It is believed that pomegranate juice is ideal for this meat.
1. Mix pomegranate and lemon juice, add vegetable oil.
2. Finely chop the garlic, mix with salt and pepper and add to the mixture of juices and oil.
3. Mix the marinade thoroughly and pour it over the chopped meat.
