Did you know that professional chefs add coffee when preparing pasta?
We'll tell you why you should follow their example.
You should add coffee not to the pasta itself, but to the tomato sauce. Coffee reduces the sourness.
It is easy to prepare such a sauce. Chopped tomatoes or tomato paste are cooked for a couple of minutes in a frying pan with the addition of olive oil.
Next, add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and crushed garlic (one clove) and cook the sauce on low heat for 5 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, make coffee. Dissolve a quarter teaspoon of granulated coffee in 50 grams of meat or vegetable broth and pour into the sauce.
Or you can brew natural coffee and add a couple of spoons. After adding coffee, stir the sauce, bring to a boil, turn off. You can add it to pasta.
