- 300 grams of medium-ground sea salt;
- two cloves of garlic;
- a large spoon of coriander seeds, hops-suneli, dried dill, green onions and parsley, marjoram;
- a small spoon of paprika;
- half a small spoon of hot and black pepper, as well as ground bay leaf.
Garlic should be grated and put into a bowl with salt, mixed and left to dry. After that, using a mortar, grind the coriander seeds.
Add all the spices one by one and mix until smooth.
Leave it in the kitchen until the mixture is completely dry.
After this, we send the Adyghe salt into the spice container.
