Everyone knows that avocados are considered one of the most valuable food products, but the fruit still remains “uncharted territory” for many.
Some people make guacamole, others simply add it to salads or eat it fresh without any cooking process.
However, it is worth trying an unusual and tasty version of an avocado-based snack, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking for the BelNovosti online publication.
- two ripe medium-sized avocados;
- juice of a quarter of a lemon;
- a clove of garlic;
- two green onions;
- three tablespoons of unrefined olive oil;
- salt and spices.
First, we start peeling the avocado: the riper the fruit, the tastier the snack will be. Remove the skin and pit from both fruits and set aside.
Wash the onion, dry it, chop it with a knife. Do the same with the garlic. Put the specified components in a blender with a couple of spoons of water.
Bring to the consistency of a paste. Add lemon juice, spices, salt and oil. Mix and use for sandwiches. An excellent healthy snack is ready.
