One of these valuable "gifts" of the warm season is zucchini.
Cooking expert of the BelNovosti online publication, Yulia Arkhipova, suggested a recipe for an excellent vegetable dish.
- a little less than a kilogram of zucchini (about 800 grams);
- a few mint leaves and a bunch of any greens;
- 2 eggs;
- a few green onion feathers;
- 50 grams of hard cheese;
- two cloves of garlic;
- four spoons of flour;
- breading (as much as needed);
- salt and spices.
The zucchini should be washed and peeled. Then we grind the vegetable on a medium grater and sprinkle with salt. It is worth waiting for half an hour: the vegetable preparation is squeezed out.
Chop the garlic with a knife, as well as the greens and onions, and add the ingredients to the zucchini.
The cheese should be grated and added to the main mass together with the eggs. Bring to a homogeneous state, add spices and flour, mix again.
After that, we bread the cutlets and start frying: when a crust appears, you can safely turn the cutlets over.
