If you are crazy about sweets, and the selection at your local pastry shop is already getting boring, there is a way out.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises making the dessert yourself – especially since you won’t have to mess around with the cake layers, since cookies are used as the base for the cake in this recipe.
To make a quick, simple, but nevertheless very tasty cake for the whole family, you will need:
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts slightly, and beat it with a mixer together with condensed milk.
Using a rolling pin or any other tool convenient for you, crush the cookies into crumbs.
All that remains is to mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate).
Transfer the resulting mass into a springform pan and smooth it out carefully, then sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
Let the cake stand in a cool place for several hours, after which it can be served.
