This method is slightly different from the usual one, but the result will be excellent. First of all, you should do one unusual action: separate the whites and yolks.
After that, add the yolks and salt into a separate bowl and mix gently. Do not beat the mixture. Add milk and flour according to the recipe and bring to a homogeneous state.
