- 4 medium tomatoes;
- 5 spoons of breadcrumbs;
- a small bunch of greens;
- a clove of garlic;
- 4 tablespoons of oil (preferably olive oil);
- salt with spices.
First of all, you need to finely chop the garlic and greens. Put them in a bowl. In the same container, add the croutons, spices with salt and the main volume of oil (3 spoons).

Next, we divide the washed and dried tomatoes into two parts and grease them with the prepared sauce. Pour oil on top.
The mold should also be treated with a small amount of oil.
