Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make Greek fruit soup.
1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, peel and core the apples and cut into large cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the onion over medium heat until translucent, then add the apples, curry and salt.
3. When the apples become soft, pour the vegetable broth into the pan and bring the contents to a boil, then cook for 40 minutes.
