Bell peppers don't have to be stuffed. Try making a healthy soup out of them.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make soup from bell peppers.
1. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into halves and place on a baking sheet. Place the tomato halves and peeled garlic cloves here as well.
2. Sprinkle with oil and bake the vegetables in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
3. Grind the vegetables with a blender together with the basil leaves.
4. Add boiled water, salt and spices to taste, sauce to the vegetable puree, mix and serve.
If desired, sprinkle with nuts, croutons and basil leaves and serve. Enjoy!
