What to Make with Apricots: A French Appetizer That Will Win Your Guests Over

These French are quite strange. They make jam from onions and bake apricots with cheese.
But arguing about tastes is the last thing to do.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to bake apricots with cheese and honey.
You will need:
- apricots - 8-10 pcs.;
- cheese (dor blue or whatever you can find) - 50 g;
- natural honey;
- walnuts.
How to cook
1. Wash the apricots, cut them into halves and remove the pits.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the apricots in it with the inner cavity facing up.
3. Cut or grate the cheese and stuff the apricot halves with it.
4. Drizzle honey over the cheese and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bring to readiness in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
It is believed that apricots with cheese are an excellent snack for wine.
