Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to bake apricots with cheese and honey.
1. Wash the apricots, cut them into halves and remove the pits.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the apricots in it with the inner cavity facing up.
3. Cut or grate the cheese and stuff the apricot halves with it.
4. Drizzle honey over the cheese and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bring to readiness in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
It is believed that apricots with cheese are an excellent snack for wine.
