For 300 grams of zucchini you will need: two eggs, 100 grams of cheese, 200 grams of potatoes, 100 grams of carrots, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 30 grams of green onions, 3 tablespoons of flour (heaped), 5-6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Grate zucchini, potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater. Squeeze zucchini and potatoes, mix with carrots.
