Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook.
1. You need to boil peeled potatoes in salted water until done and make mashed potatoes.
2. Then beat in the egg, add cream and beat the mixture with a mixer.
3. Chop the herbs, add to the puree along with the spices and mix.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the puree in an even layer.
5. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
