The greens should be washed and dried, after which they need to be finely chopped.
Once this step is completed, break the eggs into a bowl with chopped parsley and add the flour, which should be sifted beforehand.
After this, the mixture should be thoroughly mixed and salt should be added to it (to taste). You can also use your favorite spices.
Pancakes should be baked in a well-heated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. A few minutes on each side is enough – until an attractive golden crust appears.
