1. Add yeast and powdered sugar to warm milk. After complete dissolution, add another 100 ml of warm water and leave the mixture for 15 minutes.
2. Sift flour into a bowl, add soda and salt, pour in milk with yeast and beat.
The mixture should have the consistency of thick cream. If it turns out too thick, you can dilute it with water.
3. Cover the dough with a damp towel and set aside for 45 minutes.
