Cutlets have long been prepared not only from pork, beef, chicken, fish or other animal products.

Culinary expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, believes that this is an excellent way to diversify the diet.
- one hundred grams of rice;
- five pieces of potatoes;
- one hundred grams of any nuts;
- onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- two chicken eggs;
- breading;
- salt and pepper;
- vegetable oil.
Potatoes can be baked or boiled in their skins, then peeled and mashed with a masher or fork. Rice also needs to be cooked until fully cooked.
Any nuts will do: grind them in a blender or mortar.
Chop the garlic with a knife. Then combine these ingredients and mince them together.
Add salt, spices and form cutlets. Bread each of them and put them in the frying pan.
Fry the cutlets until they change color.
