Chef Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on culinary issues at the BelNovosti online publication, talks about how to brew coffee correctly.
First, take a standard Turk and pour in about one large spoon of ground coffee. Then pour in water. The temperature should not exceed forty degrees.
If you plan to add spices and sugar, you need to do this at this stage.
Stir the mixture and put the Turk on the stove. Choose a medium-intensity fire. Wait a minute and stir the drink again.
Then you need to wait for the foam to appear.
After this, you can immediately remove the coffee from the stove, and not repeat the procedure three times, as you can sometimes hear.
Let the coffee "rest" for five minutes. Then you can begin tasting.
