- 3 carrots;
- two onions;
- four spoons of butter;
- two spoons of natural tomato paste;
- a little sugar and salt;
- half a glass of water.
To make the side dish as high-quality as possible, you first need to peel the vegetables, wash them and dry them thoroughly. Then cut the onion into half rings and grate the carrots.
Next, heat the oil and add the carrots for two minutes. Then add the onion. When it turns golden, add salt, sugar and spices if desired. At the same time, add the tomato paste.
Stir, wait a couple of minutes and add water.
All that remains is to simmer it under the lid until done.
