Chinese cabbage is a very popular ingredient for tasty and healthy salads.
With the right combination of ingredients, you can always serve different salads of excellent quality.
For example, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on culinary and cooking issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, suggests combining the vegetable with eggs.
- about 300 grams of the main ingredient;
- three boiled chicken eggs;
- two small fresh cucumbers;
- half a bunch of green onions;
- mayonnaise and salt.
This salad will be light (despite the mayonnaise), tasty and even healthy. First, boil the eggs and keep them in cold water to avoid difficulties with removing the shell.
Then we remove a few top leaves from the head of Peking cabbage and start shredding. The smaller and thinner, the better.
Peel the cucumbers and chop them finely. Wash the onion, dry it and chop it too. Put the ingredients in a bowl.
Next, chop the eggs and combine them with the rest of the ingredients.
Add salt and mayonnaise.
