Mega-cheese rolls made from lavash and minced meat are a pleasure to prepare, because the process is simple and does not take much time.
According to Yulia Arkhipova , an expert at the online publication BelNovosti, there are only three main ingredients: hard cheese, any minced meat, and thin lavash.
If desired, add fresh herbs, mushrooms or tomatoes.
Place the lavash on the table, then grease its surface with mayonnaise and put a thin layer of minced meat on top.
Sprinkle it with grated cheese. If you use additional ingredients, cut them into thin slices and place them here.
All that's left is to add salt, pepper and your favorite spices, then roll the minced meat into a roll and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
After 30 minutes, when the dough has frozen slightly, cut the lavash roll into discs about 2 cm thick.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
After the specified time, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and place them back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
