Champignons are considered to be mushrooms that have helped housewives more than once when it comes to preparing snacks.
With a minimum of ingredients and effort, it is often possible to serve a very decent dish.
That is why chef Yulia Arkhipova , an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of cooking and culinary arts, recommends paying attention to one worthy recipe.
- a kilogram of small champignons;
- 150 ml of apple cider vinegar (can be replaced with regular vinegar, but then 100 ml will be enough);
- 100 ml vegetable oil (refined);
- a spoonful of sugar and salt;
- half a small spoon of pepper (preferably peas);
- 6 cloves of garlic and 6 bay leaves;
- one chili pepper.
In this case, it is better not to clean the champignons, but to wash them properly. Put all the marinade components into the pan. You can leave the pepper whole, but pass the garlic through a press.
Then add the mushrooms and turn on the heat. Use a lid and cook the dish on high heat for five minutes. Turn off the heat and move the pan to a cool place.
Once the marinade has cooled, you can begin tasting it.
