Even shashlik can be tiring. You can cook meat in a different marinade every time, but sooner or later you will want an alternative solution.
And it's not even about fish or champignons. A great option is shrimp.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook shrimp on the grill.
It is best to choose the largest, frozen raw ones.
The shrimps are marinated for only 20-30 minutes. Vegetable oil, lemon juice, dill, cilantro, and basil will do for the marinade.
You can cook it on skewers or on a grill.
1. Heat the oil a little, then add the herbs and chopped garlic.
2. Defrost the shrimp, drain off excess moisture, pour in the marinade and let sit for no more than 2 hours.
3. Cook the shrimp on skewers or a grill until done.
They will be ready in 2-3 minutes.
