After bringing to a boil, the peas are cooked over medium heat, stirring occasionally. This method allows you to reduce the cooking time to 30-40 minutes.

Pressure cooker and multicooker

A pressure cooker or multicooker can also help you cook peas without pre-soaking.

After washing the peas, they are placed in a pressure cooker or multicooker, filled with water and cooked according to the instructions for the device.

Cooking tricks

There are also a few tricks that are worth following

1. It is not recommended to add salt at the beginning of cooking to avoid slowing down the process.

2. It is important to monitor the water level during the cooking process so that the peas are always covered with water.

3. It is recommended to stir occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.
