Therefore, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises simply sticking to a quality recipe.
- half a kilo of potatoes;
- one large onion;
- a couple of spoons of vegetable oil;
- a little lard;
- salt, chopped herbs, spices.
First, we do the standard thing: peel the potatoes, wash them, and chop them into strips of approximately the same length and width. Then we put the potatoes in a colander and rinse them under cold water.
