Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a diet roll from lavash.
1. Boil the eggs hard and chop. Grate the cheese, chop the greens.
2. Mix the prepared ingredients together and add cream cheese.
3. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, chop the tuna, add herbs, spices and cream cheese.
4. Place the first part of the filling on the first sheet, then place the second sheet on top of the filling and spread the second part of the filling – with tuna and cucumber.
5. Roll everything into a roll and wrap it in cling film.
Leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, after which it can be served.
