Here are the ingredients you need for the herring lavash appetizer.
Boil the eggs and potatoes until done, then cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater (or cut into small cubes).
Unfold the lavash sheet and spread it with a thin layer of mayonnaise, then place the grated potatoes on top.
Distribute this ingredient in such a way as to leave 1.5-2 cm of lavash free at the edge.
After this, lightly salt the resulting mixture and apply another thin layer of mayonnaise, and sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top.
The next layer consists of eggs and mayonnaise. The final layer of our "layered pie" is herring, the fillet of which should also be cut into small cubes. Place it along the edges of the lavash, and add mustard seeds on top.
All that's left is to roll the lavash into a roll and put it in the refrigerator. Cut it after cooling.
